This is a great bit set with a lot going on. The best part of this set is the FlexTorq Magnetic Bit Holder, which you find at the bottom right of the case. The magnetic head pulls off and you can then put it on and other the other FlexTorq bits (those with the yellow shaft). It holds the head of the screw right on the bit which is a huge help when in confined spaces trying to drive a screw. The attic and balancing on bottom cords is when I find it the most help, because I just never seem to have enough hands there.

Shind Tool set has just about any type of bit I'll need , The case is good and strong with the usual sliding lock. The magnetic sleeve is awesome all by itself. The case is also a big plus. The bits are really easy to remove and replace, the slotted bits are a little sharp, and they don't pull out easily enough to fall out by themselves.
